These terms cover text messages from Chalice, a service of Manna AI Solutions, about an outpatient imaging appointment. Messages can include an opening on a scanner, a reply to book or change a time, preparation steps, a reminder, or a waitlist opening. The program is not live for every center. A center sends messages only after its own setup is in place.
A person opts in by giving a mobile number to the imaging center and agreeing to receive these messages, or by replying to start a booking thread when the center offers that. Consent is for this appointment program only. Agreeing to texts is not required to be seen or treated. Message frequency varies by appointment. Message and data rates may apply.
